Since my after-life experience in December 2010 and a profound medical awakening in May 2022, I’ve embarked on a sacred journey of remembering who I truly am and why my soul chose to be here. The true unfolding of my path began in July 2016, when I became certified in Reiki I and II—a powerful initiation that opened the door to deeper realms of healing and wisdom. Since then, I’ve been divinely guided to expand into my soul gifts as a Psychic Medium, Reiki Master Teacher, Certified ThetaHealing® Instructor, and Certified Spiritual Life Coach. Each step along the way has brought me closer to my purpose. When people ask me how heart energy shows up in my work,
the only honest answer I have is this:

It’s in everything I do.

It’s in the way I hold space during a reading.
It’s in how I create programs.
It’s in how I listen, respond, speak, and live my daily life.

Heart energy isn’t something I “turn on” for my work.
It’s a space I practice living from.

Each day, I intentionally return to peace…
to stillness…
to openness…

Because when I’m rooted in my heart, I’m connected to the true essence of who I am.

And from that space:

clarity flows naturally

emotions regulate instead of overwhelm

intuition feels grounded and trustworthy

There’s no force.
No striving.
No performance.

Just presence.

If I had to name the moment everything truly shifted for me,
it was when I stopped trying so hard to be intuitive
and began opening the energy of my heart.

For a long time, I thought intuition came from effort —
from focusing harder, tuning in more, doing more spiritual “work.”

But what I slowly realized was this:

An open heart is an open intuition.

When I began allowing joy back in…
when I softened instead of braced…
when I started speaking to myself with kindness instead of pressure…

My intuition didn’t get louder.
It got clearer.

Because an open heart carries:

👉joy
👉openness
👉safety
👉self-trust

And intuition flows most easily where there is trust.

I didn’t need to strain for answers anymore.
I began receiving them.

And lenses can be adjusted.

What you’re experiencing right now isn’t necessarily showing you reality as it is.
It’s showing you reality as it’s being filtered through:

past experiences

beliefs

emotional wounds

and learned meanings

That doesn’t mean you’re wrong.
It means you’re human.

We gently become curious.

emotional intensity softens

clarity naturally returns

and choice becomes available again

You don’t need to force positivity.
