The key is to not rush it.
And this is how tai chi is applied to life as well.
Step through steady and smooth but without rushing during this part.
Rely on that one leg for a second or two and let it support you.
Of course you don’t need big steps…even baby steps will do just fine.
To the outside world it appears as if you are floating in slow motion.
Inside you are fully focused, filled with intention and awareness.
You are putting a bit of pressure on yourself so that when the outside world does, it’s nothing you can’t handle.
