Taking mindful pauses in the middle of a busy workday ✨

& I spent the afternoon guiding several small groups of staff through 20-minute meditation and sound bath sessions—creating space to reset, breathe, and gently calm the nervous system.

Even a short pause can restore clarity, focus, and balance. Grateful to bring moments of stillness into the corporate world.

Through gentle breath awareness, guided meditation, Qi Gong–inspired movement, and sound healing, we’ll explore simple, accessible practices to support calm, clarity, and ease.

Each session includes a short teaching, journaling reflection, and optional group sharing — all grounded in everyday life.

We created a beautiful blend of immersive sound healing, gentle guided hypnosis, and live ambient music. 🎶🌀

Working alongside these two incredible artists opened up new realms of what sound healing can be.

It showed us how we can welcome people into a restorative space from many different vantage points.
