Calling fellow REBELS! FLIP THE BIRD to PERFECTION ladies!

In the lead up to my first bash at a Sunrise Rave event, I won’t lie, I have been feeling a bit overwhelmed and my negative chatter has been kicking in….

This idea is crazy, why would anyone wake up that early?
Will it be any good? What if noone turns up?
I have so much to do already, why am I doing this to myself?!

yada yada yada.

But then I pulled out this ‘inner wisdom’ card and had a moment of clarity. We can never control everything and perfection is an illusion. We just have to remember the intention behind what we’re doing and do as much as we can to make it work.

I consider this rave a small act of rebellion against all the forces that tell us daily we are not enough.

It‘s not important what you look like, what you wear, how you dance - all that matters is showing up and committing to enjoy yourself! And the magic will happen ⚡️✨🎉❤️

If, like me, you’re in need of some GET UP & GLOW to get you through the bleak winter months, try a MORNING RAVE UP to start the day!

The winter glow we all crave can be achieved - not by lotions and potions (or even Readybrek! Do they even still sell that?) but simply by moving your body and having fun!

I’m steadily buying up various glow in the dark party products to try out at the first Sunrise Rave event on Saturday morning (at 4MOTION Studio, Windsor) so if you live in the area, I’d love to get as many female movers together as I can.

Yes it’s very early, but that’s the point… PRIORITISE YOUR OWN FUN before anyone or anything else can make their demands on you. It’s an act of self ❤️ To set you up for the day ahead.

(If you don’t live nearby, but like the idea, just stick on one (or more) of your favourite tunes to dance to as soon as you wake up, and have your own magical morning rave up for guaranteed inner glow. Glitter and glow sticks optional.
