Dr Marwah is a caring and experienced General Practitioner with a strong interest in women’s health, fertility and antenatal care. She enjoys supporting women and families through all stages of life and is known for her thoughtful, patient-centred approach.

With experience across both hospital and general practice settings, Dr Marwah has cared for adults, children and families from diverse backgrounds. She holds Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and is committed to ongoing professional development to ensure her patients receive up-to-date, evidence-based care.

With a strong passion for the perinatal and early childhood space, Sallina supports families through feeding challenges, starting solids and building early communication skills, always with a warm, family-centred approach that empowers parents from the very beginning.

✨ Western Family Practice – new name, same heart ✨

Today we become Western Family Practice, the central home of all our care, bringing together Western Family Practice, Western Obstetrics and Western Vasectomy under one inclusive model.

As our practice has grown, so has the way we care for families. We now support not just pregnancy and newborns, but parents, children, women and families across every stage of life, and this new structure allows us to do that more seamlessly, under one roof.

While our name and structure are evolving, our team, values and commitment to you remain exactly the same. You’ll continue to see the same trusted doctors, midwives and allied health team, with the added benefit of broader GP and family health services if you need them.

Families come in all shapes and sizes, and we’re here to grow with yours, from pregnancy and the early postnatal period through to ongoing family care.

🌟 Welcome Chelsea Creedy – Practice Nurse 🌟

We’re delighted to welcome Chelsea Creedy to our team as our new Practice Nurse.

Chelsea is a Registered Nurse with specialised experience in child and family health nursing, having worked across general practice, emergency departments and community health settings. She brings a compassionate, family-centred approach to her care of children, parents and families.

Chelsea began her nursing career in general practice in Townsville, QLD, before moving to Darwin, NT, where she was part of the Northern Territory COVID workforce and worked in the emergency departments at Royal Darwin Hospital and Palmerston Hospital. She also gained extensive experience in child and family health services, supporting families through early childhood.

Now back home in Western Australia, Chelsea is passionate about supporting the health and wellbeing of children and families and is committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

📅 Chelsea is available for appointments every Monday and offers a wide range of services, including:
• Paediatric vaccinations (6–8 weeks, 4 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months & 4 years)
• Postnatal child checks (weights and wellbeing)
• Postnatal iron infusions for mums
• Adult vaccinations (including flu)
• Anti-D injections

We’re thrilled to have Chelsea join our team and look forward to the wonderful care she’ll provide to our families 💙

This change reflects the growth of our services and our commitment to caring for the whole family, not just mums and babies. You’ll still find the same familiar team, with the same warm, supportive care, but with a broader range of services for everyone in the family.

✨ It’s Women’s Health Week (1–5 September) and this year’s theme is “Say yes to you.” 💕

At Mums & Bubs Clinic, we know how easy it is for women, especially new mums, to put their own health last. That’s why we’ve brought together an amazing team of providers, offering everything from psychology, to dietetics, lactation support, and our women’s health GP.

The health impacts of breastfeeding for babies extend well beyond the first 12 months. Breastfed children are less likely to become overweight or obese and have a lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes and other chronic illnesses.
