Resilience.

We’re all too familiar with this word, but do we actually know what this means? And a more important question: is this something you practice in your everyday life?

Are you the type that gets overwhelmed when things get rough and choose to just throw in the towel?
To be clear there’s nothing wrong about feeling overwhelmed or discouraged - that is absolutely normal! But it’s how you respond that makes a significant difference.

If I had given up and just allowed myself to be discouraged and dejected, I would not be where I am today. If you’ve been following me long enough, you’ll know that I’m blind, and technically I shouldn’t even be able to do half the things I’m actually doing (and enjoying) now. But I took all the doubts, fears, and discouragements, and turned them into something else. I learned to adapt, I learned to bounce back, I learned to keep going.

And I know you can too. So get out there and take action!
