What would it feel like to TRULY have your own f*cking back, no matter what?

If you pause, and think about kind words to friends, loved ones, co-workers. The energy spent holding space, listening, relating, empathizing.

& then you think about your own internal narrative.
How much of it is criticizing, shaming, judging, belittling?

Do you celebrate the wins?
Physically cheer or do a happy dance for the little one inside who is gaining self awareness and learning to break patterns?

Do you meet your tears and anger with compassion? With the same tenderness you would for a dear friend?

Recently, I was grappling with old abandonment wounds that were festering for attention.
I hopped on the carousel 🎠 for another ride around the abandonment fun park, and halfway through I thought,
“hold up. what does my heart ACTUALLY need right now?
how can I show up and be present with everything that is bubbling to the surface?”

I went into the discomfort. Into the pain.

& in that moment a new doorway opened, a threshold to step through.

I had my own f*cking back.

Filling the void of abandonment with the tenderness of presence & the soft radiance of love.

When we show up for ourselves in this way, it actually deepens our capacity to hold space for others. Instead of sputtering around trying to keep a thin grasp on a nervous system that is completely fried, we have the emotional and energetic potency to truly feel, process, and be present for all that arises within & around us.

What would it feel like to nurture and tend to your internal landscape today?

To lean into a space of discomfort, shame, fear, rage, hurt, self righteousness, doubt, sadness, heartbreak…

and be like-
“hey honey, I’ve GOT you” ❤️‍🔥

Feeling so vibrant, full, and LIBERATED after the very first ecstatic dance in Albany yesterday!

A new gathering space for connection, community, expression, and of course DANCING.

Every week before the dance, we will gather at 12pm for separate women’s and men’s circles, and then come together for about 45 minutes for laughter and play before the ecstatic dance.

My dear soul sister and I will be facilitating the women’s circles in the utmost excitement and love!

These sisterhood circles will be a space to meet new friends, to share with an open heart, to connect, and grow together. Together, we are creating a sacred space to gather and be witnessed- in your heart’s fullest radiance.

If you’ve been craving true authentic community, heartwarming friendship, and a space where you can be fully, wildly Y O U- this is it babe!

Sky Root DJ’s live at the ecstatic dance event. Weaving celestial sounds and earthy beats. Ecstatic dance is a place to express, move, and let loose from the week. It’s a space of total non-judgement. Everyone is held in the utmost love to just let go and do their thanggg 🫶❤️

𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.

We each walk a unique path, known and experienced only by y o u.
Your own perceptions, lessons, and growth.

Every circumstance revealed along the way, holds within it layers of shadow & the gift of wisdom.

The shadow of victimization holds within it the gift of freedom.
The shadow of dishonesty holds within it the gift of intimacy.
and so on.

& each are inextricably linked.

As you learn to recognize the patterns within, and you allow the archetypes to take shape- you begin to see the shadow aspects of self that rule the inner realms.

How the shadow of victimization might creep in and filter your perception in any given experience- but the magical thing is- as soon as we name it- it looses a bit of its power & stronghold.

When I look at the ways I’m being dishonest with myself- how I may be keeping myself small, or lost in projected fear- when I call in radical honesty…I open the realm of intimacy.

& 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐰 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞.

By acknowledging and accepting the shadow aspects of self that have ruling power, and using their presence as a compass for where to tune in. By tracing the stories that they tell, and following their roots into the depths.

When did this pattern of dishonesty begin?
How has it been trying to protect me?
Where can I lean deeper into radical truth?

Traveling the path of Intimacy,
foot steps echo against cool damp earth.

Descending into the mystical cavern of surrender and communion-
Intimacy invites us to dance in the realm of the heart,

Where truth is spoken,
Where love is revered.

Intimacy teaches us to be so strong that we are free to be gentle.
To feel safe enough to express every jagged edge and unhealed wound.

To say, “here is all of me. I am not perfect, but my words are spoken in love, and I am here to listen and learn”

It is the language of the heart- that we may not have been taught- but it was born within, and there it still resides.

Searching for another recommendation from my 518 friends 💗

I’d like to start hosting in person women’s circles again 🌗🌹💫 would need a space where we could make noise, emote, sing, burn incense, express unencumbered, and fit 10ish people.

Would love a big barn or something that feels raw, but going into winter I know that would be tough. Any ideas or thoughts for local spaces? 🙏✨

This angel has taught me love in a way I’ve never known before.

She is tender, gentle, kind, and true. But at the same time she holds a bold fierceness of Spirit. She is a warrior of Truth and is not afraid to stand up when it’s needed.
She is such a sacred being of light.
