The other day, a client asked me how my style of integrative bodywork came to be and how my practice has evolved over time.
It was a thoughtful question. I shared with them that I’ve always believed the body has this beautiful innate intelligence and knows how to heal. Sometimes it simply needs a bit of guidance, support, or realignment so it can do what it already knows how to do best.
I don’t see my work as something I do to someone, but rather as a partnership. My role is to listen carefully and communicate with what the body is asking for, or ready to release, and support that process as it unfolds.
Over the years, this practice has continued to evolve. I still believe deeply in hands-on, intuitive care, and I’ve also been grateful to bring in advanced, non-invasive technologies that are opening new possibilities for healing.
I’m looking forward to sharing more research, stories, and insights about these modalities and inviting you to explore what might best support you on your own health and wellness journey.
