Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) isn’t just a “mystery tummy issue” anymore.

It’s now recognised as a real condition with identifiable mechanisms. There are 4 main pillars that can drive symptoms: genetics, gut-bacteria imbalances, stress (gut-brain connection) and food reactivity.

LUNCH IDEA. I saw this on an Insta reel somewhere and though perfect for my clients starting phase 3 in Metabolic Balance when starting to combine proteins...

ALSO perfect for everyone else who wants to start eating in an Anti-Inflammatory whole foods way (aka high in Omega 3's, olive oil, vegetables, fibre).

ALSO a perfect way to make Sardines more delicious for those who don't love them ...

and ALSO - pretty economical and easy as sardines are in the pantry, so are olives and S/D tomatoes. Use whatever salad you have handy.

Sardines x 1 - 1.5 tins
Yoghurt plain - enough to cover like a sauce.
Olives sliced - a handful
Sun Dried Tomatos chopped - a handful
Baby spinach
Grated carrot

Mix together.

If you love Sun Dried Tomatoes - you will now love eating Sardines! If you're not sure, try it and see. So good.
