🤯 Did you know how much the quality of our food sourcing has gone down? No really.. did you know it was THIS bad? Not only are we not consuming enough rich foods with the sufficient vitamins and minerals we need, we are also consuming more toxins than ever before from “fresh” store bought produce.

The nutrients we used to absorb from whole foods 🥬🍅 we can’t even get anymore.
