Speaking our experiences can be scary & uncomfortable… & that’s ok. The more you allow your voice to be heard, the more healing becomes available.

It’s important to acknowledge that healing doesn’t occur at the speed we want. We can’t wish or hope our pain away.

When we vocalize, we give our experiences & feeling’s permission to exist. We free them from the cages we’ve trapped them in. When we give our pets win a voice, it’s power over us releases because we are also releasing our grip on it.

It’s important to allow the words to come out as they need, without judgement. Sometimes there are layers of pain to get through that can look like blame & anger. As we establish safety to go deeper, our true feelings will naturally emerge.

When we continually dive into our own healing and training, we can serve others on greater levels…..

Transformation is often used to describe the experience of working with sacred sacraments and master teachers. While I did witness and experience this, what feels more true for me is coming into wholeness.

🔥 I was shown the blueprint of who I am and what I am to bring to the world

🌀 I purged lifetimes of violence and suppression from my system, opening me up to freedom and self love

💫 I anchored in the truth that I am safest when I am BEing all of me - allowing my voice to be heard, allowing myself to be seen, allowing my beauty to shine through, allowing the master teacher within to show up and guide those who are seeking what I have to offer

⚡️ I am no longer existing in fractals
👤 I am no longer leaving pieces of me in the shadows
✨ I am no longer holding myself back out of fear of being too much or not enough

Wholeness is a term I did not quite understand until I shed the layers that kept me from coming to this place of being.

It was such an honor to have this experience with such amazing people who are now soul family… to have my girls by my side. … to have been called in by this sacred land to train in bringing my own groups to these experiences…& to be so loved and held by our incredible guides.

I will soon be creating my own sacred container to bring groups to experience these incredible teachers in Columbia.
