*Foot Zone Wellness is moving!*

We are leaving sunny California and headed to Minnesota! My husband got a new job and we are really excited about this new chapter for our little family.

I have loved meeting you all and zoning your feet. I am so grateful for your love and support ❤️ I'll let you know when I visit CA again.

I spent last weekend in St.George, Utah swimming, relaxing, getting my own feet zoned and enjoying time with friends. It was great to step away from daily stress and routines to relax & reset 🤗☀️

A big challenge I faced when learning to footzone was proximity. Most instructors were located hundreds of miles from me.

I am thrilled to announce that, in addition to hands-on footzone sessions, I've recently become a certified footzoning instructor through the Academy of Foot Zone Therapy. So, whether you want your feet zoned or want to become a footzoner yourself, reach out! I'd love to help you.

Hi Friends! Zoning has become difficult with my 9 month belly, so I am officially on maternity leave until the new year. I will post my calendar again in January and will let you know when that happens.

Hi Friends! I've been a little quiet over here because I'm expecting! Baby girl is coming early in November 💞

Come October 1, I will hold off on seeing clients until the new year. Maybe even at the end of September depending on my movability at that point. I would love to see you before she comes! You can always book an appointment through the link in my bio. 👆
