By me❤️. My oracle card for the day… and it’s a good one! We are our own healer, and only responsible for ourself. It’s up to us, what we think, feel, create and direct within our body. Self-love is the most important energy we can give ourself. It truly doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks or feels about us. How are you directing your energy? What energy are you supporting and loving yourself with right now? Take a moment, feel your energy, place your hands on your heart and let the exchange of love you create within radiate out through your heart, arms, hands and receive it back into your body. Let your love heal you. ❤️

“Thanksgiving is everyday,” I have always felt. Having gratitude in your heart consciously, and consistently is a healthy practice. I appreciate the collective energy projected today as many people are radiating feeling grateful. I appreciate all the healing energy being put out into the world because of that. Imagine if we chose to radiate that everyday? Sending out love to those who need it today and everyday. And I am sending out extra gratitude to everyone on my page and everyone who needs it. Healing energy is on its way💫💛🧡🍁.

She says as it’s so windy right now…. I have felt huge shifts all week. It’s been hard to get out of bed each morning feeling exhaustion and the weight of collective energy purging and needing to be transmuted, shifted out of the atmosphere… it’s felt like heavy lifting. AND as always, I utilize ENERGY TOOLS of transformation and instantly feel better💫 ⚡️ Because energy changes at lightning speed and then the physical changes follow. What energy are you vibrating in? What energy are you radiating out? You can bring self awareness to what you are feeling and raise your vibration in every moment. Do what feels good and makes you happy like listening to music that makes you want to dance and move your stagnant energy! 🎶 Practice conscious breathing and set you intention to breathe in love, compassion, healing and exhale shame, sadness, tension, holding, etc. You create your internal environment.
