After over 12 years in House Calls and over 9 years in private practice, I am sailing on to new horizons. Currently in post-grad studies at CIIS - Boston for CPTR with a concentration palliative and end of life care, under the mentorship Mary Cosimano, LMSW (Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in the Center for Psychedelic and Consciousness Research since 2000) Meanwhile sitting for Psychiatry-CAQ specialty exam and lastly accepted into the Wolfson Ketamine Training Center/KAP program. I will be launching a palliative and end of life care private practice... Opening Soon! Just a girl going for it!🤓🤩💪🏾💜💙

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR NP/PA: MEMORY CARE MANAGER. We are excited🤩 to find the right practitioner with a sincere interest in cognitive care and geriatrics to guide our patients as they age with dementia and educate their families caring for them. The Memory Care visit is to identify and monitor cognitive impairments and stage the severity. It is also to address functional and neuro-psych impairments and to mitigate the risks that they cause.
