How to heal your body using the below steps and HOCATT Infrared Ozone Sauna Therapy. ⚡️⚡️⚡️
1. Clean up your environment.
We’re surrounded by thousands of chemicals — in the water, air, cleaning products, and even clothes. If your body keeps getting re-exposed to toxins, it can’t detox properly. So I’d switch to natural household and personal care products, use a water filter, and avoid plastics as much as possible. You can’t heal if you stay in the same environment that made you unwell.
2. Heal your gut.
Your gut is the base of your health. I’d cut out foods that cause inflammation — things like seed oils, processed grains, and refined sugar. Then I’d add gut-healing foods such as meat stock or bone broth, rich in nutrients like glutamine and glycine. Once your gut lining starts to repair, your immune system calms down, and your body begins to heal naturally.
3. Get the colon moving.
If your colon is sluggish, toxins can’t leave the body. I’d use natural supports like herbs, oxygen-based cleansers, and enzymes to clear out waste buildup. It’s amazing how much lighter and clearer you feel after this step.
4. Support the liver.
The liver is your main detox organ — but it needs good bile flow to work well. I’d use things like dandelion root, bitter foods, coffee enemas, castor oil packs, and occasional liver flushes. When bile moves freely, detoxing becomes much more effective.
5. Move your lymph.
Your lymphatic system doesn’t have a pump, so it relies on you moving. Walking, saunas, dry brushing, and rebounding (mini trampoline) all help. When lymph flows, toxins move out more easily.
