**Mamma Kim comin’ at you with some tough love, because I CARE about you.**
And listen… I’m not talking about major life stuff, grief, illness, real trauma, of course you take the time you need. Feel it. Work through it. Therapy? Coaching? Yes. All of that matters. ❤️
But what I see all the time is this: small setbacks become excuses to slip back into old habits, and before you know it, your goals are back in “someday” land.
You don’t need a perfect life to finally build consistency, you need a plan that works when life is messy… and the internal strength (aka the right mindset) to keep going even when motivation dips.
