2016 wasn’t the good old days for me.

It was the year my body started speaking louder than I could ignore.

I looked “healthy” on the outside.

On the inside, anxiety and digestion were running the show.

That season out west showed me what was possible when stress eased.

But learning how to support my body in real life, back home, was the real work.

That’s what changed everything.

It’s also why I created my upcoming group program starting February 2.

They struggle because their bodies are craving more stability.

I was offline last week more than I’ve been in a long time.

And coming back, I noticed something.
January doesn’t feel motivating for most people. It feels heavy.

Not because we’re unmotivated.

Ever feel like your body is sending you signals, but you’re not sure what it’s trying to say?

Things like salt cravings, waking up at 2 AM, midday brain fog, or that weird 9 PM “second wind” aren’t random quirks. They’re often signs your cortisol rhythm is out of sync.

And when cortisol is dysregulated, everything feels harder 👇🏼
