Want to know your biz superpowers (and what’s not your zone of genius)?

I had my Human Design chart read months ago—it was fascinating… but I had no idea how to actually use it.

Then I used a simple ChatGPT prompt that showed me how to show up to my audience using my superpowers.

The result?

It revealed 4 core strengths that helped me clarify my message, refine my niche even more, and get clarity on my offers.

👇 Comment ENERGY and I’ll DM you the exact prompt to uncover your unique business superpowers—based on your Human Design.

This year, I perused the fabric collection from the past 150 years. I was drawn to this art nouveau print and thought it would be a stunning palette for a brand.

If you have an image with appealing colours, just upload it to a new project, and it will effortlessly extract the colours for you. Select your favourites and incorporate them into your own designs.

Who do you see using this colour palette?

A yoga teacher? A life coach? A nutritionist?

Work with the energy of the week, not against it...

When I discovered the planetary rhythm of the week
(thank you ),
things changed.

I now ease into the week with reflection, preparation & intention.

I align my content creation, meetings, offers & mindset practices to the natural energy of each day & and things are flowing so much better.

Here’s a little taster:
→ Sunday is for light + vision
→ Monday is for emotion + nurturing
→ Tuesday is for bold action
→ Wednesday is for writing + connecting
→ Thursday is for growth + visibility
→ Friday is for beauty + celebration
→ Saturday is for structure + reset

I didn't complete all 31 days of the challenge.
I ran out of time. I posted day by day, sometimes scrambling, sometimes just barely making it. And I'm good with that.

But here's what happened anyway:
→ My reach went up 211% (even though follower count barely moved)
→ My "Start Here" carousel became my most-engaged post
→ I got crystal clear on who I'm serving
→ I updated my bio and story highlights for the first time in a year
→ I showed up imperfectly and it connected to people

The lessons I'm carrying forward:

✺ Perfection isn't the goal. Consistency is.
You don't need to complete every challenge. You need to show up when you can, how you can.

✺ Reach matters more than follower count.
4,859 new people saw my work this month. That's more valuable than 100 new followers who don't engage.

✺ Vulnerability builds connection.
The posts that felt most uncomfortable got the most comments. People don't want your highlight reel—they want your real.

✺ Clarity attracts your people.
When you make it easy for people to understand who you are and what you do, the right people find you. Confusion repels. Clarity attracts.

✺ Audience clarity is the real work.
Posting consistently without knowing who you're serving is just noise. The challenge forced me to get crystal clearer on my people.

✺ Your bio is your storefront.
I finally updated mine to reflect what I actually do now (not a year ago). If your bio is outdated or vague, people scroll past.

What I'm taking into February:
→ Consistency over perfection
→ Reach over followers
→ Clarity over cleverness
→ Real over polished

Last year I posted monthly recaps. So many people loved it, that I'm keeping the tradition going!

At the end of each month, I take a moment to assess what unfolded — the successes, the stumbles, and all that lies in between.

Here's what I happened in JANUARY: 👇

✧ I took time out to reflect on 2025 & to find my word of the year: GLIMMER - those tiny moments of joy that you often overlook.

✧ Did a digital de-clutter: updated my bio, stories, links, & my 'Start Here' post to make sure it still captures my essence.

✧ Took photos of my morning walks with Benny: sun, rain, mist, frost

✧ Took part in a 31-day content reset challenge. Didn't post every day, but learned loads!

Why do I create monthly recaps?
• To celebrate growth (even the growth that’s hard to see)
• To stay connected to my purpose on this journey
• To remember what I actually did each month!

👇 Interested in joining me?

Type RECAP in the comments, and I’ll send you this Canva template and some tips so you can highlight your own monthly wins.

Let’s prioritise progress over perfection.

Comment PERSONA for my free resource.

Here's what I see with women who've left corporate to build solo businesses:

* They have the expertise.
* They have the experience.
* They have something genuinely valuable to offer.

But they're not making sales.
Why?
Because they're talking about what they DO instead of what their audience NEEDS.

Your audience needs you to know:

→ Their frustrations.
→ Their feelings.
→ Their language.

When you get clear on who you're serving and what transformation they're actually buying, everything shifts.
Your messaging clicks. Your content resonates.
People say "this is EXACTLY what I was looking for."

After 20+ years building brands (from startups to global agencies to my own award-winning business) I’ve learned: people don't buy features. They buy the feeling of being seen and understood.

Ready to get crystal clear on who you're serving?

Grab my free Audience Persona Workbook. It walks you through exactly how to define your ideal client, understand their real needs, and speak directly to them.

For the last few weeks, I've been doing my annual ritual: reviewing what worked, what didn't, and choosing a single word to anchor my new year.

This year's word found me through a Substack post, and the second I read it, I knew.

GLIMMER.

A glimmer is the tiny moment of calm, joy, or peace that regulates your nervous system. The village church catching the light. The client email that made you smile. The coffee with a lovely heart in it.

We're taught to work towards joy. To earn it after the launch, the goal, the "when things calm down."

But joy doesn't wait for the tidy ending. It's here now, in the middle of the mess, if we train ourselves to notice it.

I have a 10-minute framework I use every year to find my word, and I want to share it with you.

Hi, and welcome to my little corner of the internet. I'm so glad you're here 🤩

It's day 2 of

The challenge prompt today is to create a "Start Here" post that I can pin to the top of my profile—so anyone new landing here in 2026 gets the full picture immediately.

So here it is. Who I am, what I do, and why I show up here.

If this is your first time here: welcome. If you've been here a while: thanks for sticking around.

Let's make 2026 the year we stop overthinking and start building.

👋 Drop a wave in the comments—I'd love to know what brought you here.

xo, Louise 🧘🏽‍♀️
