Same like that it is better to have fresh or raw fruits and salad as compare to hav them in juice,soup, shakes pudding etc form... Natural and real forms are always good to hav... So here is a full day navratra diet plan. This will help you to find out the healthy food choics even on fast and can help to maintain weight... During navratra body detoxify beacause most of people avoid outside food and for the 9 days they hav only home made food or some of them do fast... Or even while fasting you can get all major nutrients as for. # Carbohydrate - you can have sweet potato, potato,kuttu ka atta dishes, sabudana.. # protein - milk and milk products, paneer, curd, butter milk. # Fat- ghee to roast dryfruits or makhana. # Vitamin and minerals- fruits or veggies as per your culture. # for detoxification - coconut water, lemon water,jeera water,green tea, soup....
So through these tips you can get all the nutritients and can feel full or energetic even while on fasting along with this you can maintain your weight...

Happy navratra to everyone.. From the navratra the festive season starts.. And just after the navratra the big festive diwali comes. So everybody wants to be fit, and looks beautiful at the time festive. So this is the good time to start your healthy meal and to be fit... Because in yhe navratra most people do fast... So here is fast means not like to skip the meal and loose weight... But generally people do overeating instead of controlling diet beacuse they dont knw how they can manage their diet to control weight and they eat more carbohydrate and put in weight instead of loosing... So here are some tips: * you can eat more veggies,raw fruits rather than juices or sweet shakes.. * you can have oven roasted sweet potato,boiled potato rather than having chips,chiwda or fries. * For snacking you can opt dryfuits, makhana or peanuts. * you can have curd with more veggies or fruits rather than having shree khand or sweet curd. * For body detoxification you can have buttermilk,coconut water,lemon water, jeera water, oranges,cucumber,mint juice.... * opt for the lunch as the only meal during fast instead of dinner.... * stay hydrated, calm, or stress free enjoy the festive time with healthy diet and life style...

The difference between all three easily visible to everyone, still we become blind while shopping these new and fancy food items...we just go to market and bring d things by just their name only..as here m showing that the calorie is more in oats maggi than the general masala Maggie... But only b name oats maggie we think it is less in calorie nd it is healthy bt its not all time... So everytime before buying these products we should compare d nutrient value...... Along with this i suggest to all we should consume the home made and simple food to be healthy...because the fancy foods are not long lasting compare to natural or simple food.....so always go for the simple and homemade food to b healthy...

Hello frnds...as we all knw that 1 to 7 september is celebrated as national nutrition week annually....every year the theme is changed and the main aim is to celebrate it make people healthy and aware them about nutritous and healthy food choice.... For this year the theme is "feeding smart right from the start". So we should make habbits in kids to eat healthy from the starting... As when we start weaning from that time we should give kids fruits, veggies,pulses water, daliya if they start to take it this will become habbit and will remain life long and make the healthy generation.... So we should focus on it and make the dietary changes smartly and wisely.. So the child can grow up healthy plus establish healthy food choices for life...
