I love when people close their eyes during the last part of class as we enter silence. Yes...you have to enter it...give thanks 😊

I come out every so often to check on everyone and every time I do my heart stops because you can feel the freedom...you can feel the peace...you can feel the love in the atmosphere. It's indescribable....

Send love our way in hopes that we can get this grant we worked hard for to make class free for everyone again 🙏 and get two more LITRON Mats from my Uncle and bring back circle walking (I brought the current one home to practice and experiment 🥰).

Be informed of the various down payment options available to you. We are gearing up for purchase season and the 20% down payment requirement is not the whole truth. There are many programs available to you if putting 20% down is beyond your budget.
