Perimenopause has a way of humbling you.
One day your body feels familiar.
The next day…
Sleep is different.
Energy is different.
Your waistline is different.
And no one really explains why.
Right now my cortisol is probably the highest it has ever been.
Sirens.
Stress.
War.
And yet this is exactly when women over 40 need to take their health seriously.
So I’m running a personal experiment.
Lower cortisol.
Support hormones.
Rebuild strength.
I’m prioritizing sleep, hydration, protein, nervous system regulation, and strength training.
At the same time I’m completing a Menopause Coaching Certification, because women deserve real answers & support about their bodies, so they can thrive.
And I’m documenting everything.
If this works — and I believe it will — it won’t just help me.
It will become something much bigger.
For now…
I’m simply going ALL IN.
