It was so gratifying being part of a sold-out crowd thirsty for knowledge on how to understand and care for women’s midlife health. This summit heard from the world’s top integrative women’s health practitioners and educators.

Everything from the basics to the cutting edge: hormones, longevity, gut health, mood, s*x, and genetics! So many incredible takeaways and deep connections.
