Winter Storm Fern 2026 | We’re Here to Help 💚💛

Severe winter weather can make everyday needs harder to manage, especially for people with disabilities and their families.

Pathfinder is sharing trusted, up-to-date information to help Tennesseans navigate storm-related challenges, including:
• Emergency and warming shelter information
• Medical, equipment, and power-related supports
• Food access, transportation, and utility assistance
• Housing and recovery resources
• Disability-specific services and advocacy supports

We also maintain two online pages with information related to disaster-related resources and recovery considerations, so people can find what they need beyond immediate needs.

If you or someone you support needs help finding resources during Ice Storm 2026, Pathfinder can help point you in the right direction.
🔗 Visit our website at TNPathfinder.org or stop by our Resource Guides page at https://tnpathfinderresources.vkcsites.org and explore the Tennessee Disaster Supports available.

📣 Please share to help this information reach those who may need it.
