We get caught up in life, running a household, working, keeping family together, we so easily forget to simply stop and gaze at the Moon and Stars.
Gazing at the Moon gives you time for pause, to reset, recharge, and become peaceful and calm, to reflect.
We release melatonin which regulates our cycles, protects brain health and prevents brain cells from breaking down.
It also can create a sense of wonder, to contemplate our place in the cosmos.
No matter where you are on this Earth we all look at the same beautiful Moon.
There is a deep grounding peacefulness when you take time to just look at the Moon.
Make it a nightly practice. 🌛🌕🌗🌜🌙🌔

♥️☺️There are so many symbols used in religion, Spirituality, culture, each one having a significant meaning.
When these sacred symbols are used with intention they can be powerful forms of energetic protection.
I have placed this here for anyone who might be in need or for the benefit of learning.
There is something connecting and comforting when we incorporate sacred symbols within our daily rituals and practices.
It can be as simple as saying healing words over the cup of tea or coffee we make each day, doesn’t have to hold religious or Spiritual significance.

♥️☺️Ritual, rhythm and repetition work to soothe our nervous system.
These practices signal predictability and safety to our brain which helps to activate our parasympathetic nervous system (rest & digest state) and reduces stress hormones.
When life feels chaotic rituals provide a sense of order and control which lower our brains alarm system.
Humming, chanting, singing, gentle rocking, rhythmic dance all help to stimulate our vagus nerve which helps the body shift from ‘fight/flight’ response to calm and relax mode.
Repetition and rhythm can be achieved in so many ways, ways you are probably already doing,,
Repetitive craft like knitting/crochet,
Humming, singing, chanting,
Gentle rocking or swaying, rhythmic movement, mindful walking, yoga, gentle exercise, meditation, listening to calming or nature sounds music.
Create time in your life for the benefits of these beautiful activities.
The key is consistency and intention.
Do them every day, create your own healing, soothing rituals. ☺️

♥️☺️We place ourselves front and centre in folks drama and then wonder why we often feel drained of energy.
When we invest in other peoples dramas we attach to their energies.
This becomes what weighs us down, saps our energy and sucks joy from our day.
We can observe, give any advice if asked, but allow them to sort it out for themselves, after all it is their life, their journey.
We attach to so much that isn’t meant for us.
We hold on to it, carry it around, worrying about it, try to solve or fix everything for everyone.
A lovely and very beneficial practice to do each evening while getting ready for bed is to say, “What isn’t mine to carry I let go of, I allow myself to let it go”.

♥️☺️Just be yourself,,,, sounds like an easily achievable thing to do,,🤷🏻‍♀️
We have been conditioned to not be our true selves since conception.
From birth we are expected to arrive on a certain date, if not we can be forced into life.
Told when we should crawl, sit up, stand and start walking.
Told what our likes and.dislikes are.
We start our education and are force fed information that isn’t always conducive to the life we might want to live.
We are expected to wear, feel, even look a certain way as we grow and mature,, even when to get married, have children and purchase a house.
Told how we should age and encouraged to look younger than we really are.
We go along with this because it’s become the norm.
But we have a choice,, we can choose what we desire from life. We have spent too much of life fitting in to what is expected of us.
You can challenge the status quo and begin to find what makes YOU tick.
You can begin by listening to yourself , what are your beliefs, passions and core values and spend intentional time alone to gain insight and clarity on these things.
Set aside time to be alone.
Writing down your thoughts, feelings , dreams, fears and daily experiences without judgement.
Consider who you were before the World told you who to be, what matters to you now, how do you feel about things in life now.
Try new experiences, step out of your comfort zone.
We are constantly growing , learning and evolving so this is a process that is a constant.
Trust yourself and find joy in everything you do.

No need to get up and down off a draughty floor, I have comfortable recliner chairs, complete with Earthing mats and soft blanket and pillow.
Escape the busyness of life for one hour at least.
You are worth this time for yourself.
Rest, reset and recharge your mind and your body.
I have been drawn to using my Tuning Forks at commencement of each session for some added benefit.
Bring a friend to share the experience.
My rooms are calm, dark, soothing and comfortable, away from the noise of town, nestled in a beautiful garden setting.

We quieten the Worlds noise and sit in stillness.
Listen to the sound of nature and simply and honestly just be.
When we make a practice of doing this our mind and body recognise the value and will speak to us in ways we would otherwise miss when we are rushing about.
Turn your face to the Sun.
Sunlight is medicine we need, but we have been fooled into believing it’s our enemy.
Did you know that there are actually different benefits to the Suns rays depending on what time of day you bask in its rays.
You only need minutes, and the benefits are gained.
And it feeeeeeeels so good. ☀️☺️
