Looking for a more advanced mindfulness program?

This program blends mindfulness meditation with neuroscience to unveil the deeper, hidden layers of mindfulness known as the 'feeling tone'. Feeling tone is what sets the 'background color' that tinges your entire experience of life. It is also the tipping point from which you can reclaim balance in a frantic world.

If your workplace feels like it's in constant flux right now, you're not alone.

Between organizational changes, shifting priorities, and the general uncertainty we're all navigating, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Our minds get scattered, we're constantly distracted, and we find ourselves reacting instead of responding thoughtfully.

The problem? When we're in survival mode, we can't do our best work—or maintain our well-being.

UCSD Center for Mindfulness's 6-Week Mindful Performance and Resilience @ Work program is designed for exactly this moment. It's not about eliminating uncertainty (because let's face it, that's not realistic). It's about building the capacity to navigate it effectively.

What you'll gain:

âś“ Tools to sharpen focus when distractions are everywhere

âś“ Techniques to move from reactive autopilot to intentional decision-making

âś“ Strategies to build resilience during challenging times

âś“ Skills for more effective communication when the stakes are high

âś“ Practices grounded in neuroscience that you can use immediately

Program Details:

đź“… Thursdays, January 29 - March 5, 2026

⏰ 5-6 PM PT

đź’» Online (interactive and experiential)

đź’° $375

In times of change, the ability to stay grounded, focused, and intentional isn't just nice to have—it's essential.

New year, new focus? 🎯
Let's be honest—we all start January with big plans to work smarter, stay focused, and handle stress better. But by February, those intentions often get buried under emails, meetings, and endless to-do lists.

If you're looking for practical tools (not just good intentions), check out UCSD Center for Mindfulness's 6-Week Mindful Performance and Resilience @ Work program.

This online course is designed specifically for workplace professionals and covers everything from sharpening focus and breaking autopilot habits to building self-compassion and having more effective conversations with colleagues.

Program Details: 📅 Thursdays, January 29 - March 5, 2026 ⏰ 5-6 PM PT 💻 Online format 💰 $375

Each session is experiential and interactive—no theory-heavy lectures. You'll learn neuroscience-backed techniques you can actually use in your day-to-day work.

Whether you're dealing with burnout, struggling to stay focused, or just want to perform better while maintaining your well-being, this could be worth exploring.
