Grateful for today’s journey into the forest where we explored our connection with nature and its ability to ground, heal, and balance our bodies and minds🌳
A wonderful new partnership with in Richmond, VA brought curious minds and open hearts to this event 🧘🙏

We discussed our nervous systems response to time in nature, touched on the incredible field of biophilia, practiced gratitude, identified plants, drank wild foraged tea, journaled, introduced sit spots, and participated in unique embodied practices to get out side and go within!
