🌕✨ Collective Samhain Reading ✨🌕

As the veil thins and we move deeper into the dark half of the year, I’ve been using this Samhain 3-Card Oracle Spread in all my readings and events this past week. It’s been a beautiful way to honour our ancestors, release the old and see how we move forward into the darker months.

Samhain’s magic carries forward as renewed purpose. The Shield Maiden encourages us to ground our vision by making clear plans, set intentions and focus our energy. Yesterday I joined Gemma at Cara Holistics and a circle of wonderful women for a Samhain retreat at Cara’s Cabin.

We celebrated the ancient magic unique to this time of year, the scent of woodsmoke and earth, the quiet hum of the land, the wisdom of our ancestors. 🌙

We shared food and laughter, silence and reflection.

There’s something deeply regulating about gathering like that. Sharing space, stories, and stillness. It reminds us that community, ritual and rhythm aren’t luxuries; they’re how we stay grounded, connected, and well.💚

My heart is full. ❤️

October has been about trust, compassion, and reevaluating what is truly important to me 🌿

After months of pain and exhaustion, I finally decided to come home- to my body, my intuition and my healing.

The last couple of months have been tough- two endo flares, sore joints, stress, exhaustion. I felt hopeless at times especially when in pain, wondering if this is just how life will be at 31.

After waiting for things to “get better,” I realised I needed to take back some power- in ways that felt nourishing rather than punishing 🌹Especially when it came to my physical body!

This month I’ve been coming back home to myself through:
🌿 Physio-led pool classes to support my body
🌊 Swimming to ease pain and release stress
💆‍♀️ Working with a women’s health physio
💃🏼 Embracing fun and play again
🍁 Nature, nature and more nature
🧘‍♀️ Returning to reiki, reflexology, meditation, journaling & card pulling — allowing me to reconnect with my mind, body & soul

I’ve also really had to evaluate where I am at, what do I truly want, what’s working and what’s not 👀 I leant into listening to my body and making choices that truly support me.

I’m learning that my Endo isn’t a plague- it’s my own alarm system, whispering (and sometimes screaming) when something isn’t right.
Now I’m slowing down, listening and honouring what my body needs. Viewing her with compassion instead of frustration and anger!

Healing isn’t linear. It’s messy, personal, and raw. But it’s also powerful and authentic 🙏🏼

World Mental Health Day 10.10.2025 🧠

If you are human- you have mental health. This is a day that connects us all together.

I’ve had my own struggles with crippling anxiety and panic attacks. I’ve worked in the MH field for over 12 years. This is one of my greatest passions 🧠

Our mental health affects every aspect of our lives. And if you’re struggling, please reach out. To someone you trust, your GP or even holistic supports. It’s not a one size fits all- so you may need time to find what works for you! And remember we all need support at some times in our lives.

And also those that struggle often do in silence. It’s an invisible illness. That can be as serious as cancer- it too can kill. So instead of judgement, let’s try to meet it with kindness and compassion. As it could be us struggling tomorrow 🌿

In honour of World Mental Health Day, I’ll be offering a free Group Reiki Healing Session tomorrow night at 9pm.
