✨A new chapter in WELLNESS is coming to FOXO3✨

Deciding to close my brick and mortar,FOXO3 Sauna, this past winter sent aftershocks through my soul that completely shattered me, while somehow simultaneously activating a deep inner knowing that I have so much more to share.

Over these past several years, I’ve learned, I’ve listened and I’ve held space for the thousands of women who visited and shared their unique health journeys with me…all seeking a more natural, safe, holistic approach to healing, detox, weight loss and wellbeing. And while the modalities we offered were literally the best on the market…I couldn’t shake the need to go deeper. Because after all, I am you.

I’ve been busy working with some powerful healing tools that are too good not to share! Because guess what? Living our healthiest version of ourselves doesn’t have to be so hard, so expensive, so time consuming! Now I have your attention!
