Join Joy for Cross Country Ski Tuesdays

Looking for a peaceful way to move your body and connect with nature this winter? Joy will be leading cross country ski meetups on the following Tuesdays:

February 10 & 24
March 10 & 24
Meet at 10:00 AM at Jim Creek Trailhead (across from Winter Park Resort overflow parking lot).

Bring your own skis, boots, and poles. Don’t forget warm layers, sunglasses or goggles, gloves, sunscreen, and water. If you need to rent boots, Christy Sports in Winter Park offers rentals.

These are beginner-friendly, no-pressure events focused on wellness and connection.

One-on-One Mental Health Support Every Friday

Tame Wellness offers free, confidential support sessions every Friday at the HOPE Office. If you’re navigating a hard season or just need someone to talk to, we’re here for you. Make an appointment!

Sessions are one-on-one, compassionate, and rooted in lived experience.

We’re proud to share our 2025 Annual Report!

Thanks to your support, this year we:

Hosted 25 sober events

Held 41 one-on-one mental health meetings

Raised $20,093.20 to keep our programming free

Welcomed 156 unique event participants

Ran 2 sober challenges (and 7 total since we began!)

Provided direct support to 26 individuals on their recovery and wellness journey

Since launching in 2021, we've:

Hosted 575 sober events

Served 2,643 Grand County residents

Held 943 mental health support meetings

Tame Wellness exists to make recovery and wellness accessible, stigma-free, and community-rooted.
