Deep Tissue Massage helps reduce pain, calm the nervous system and empty your cup. That’s why things often feel better after a session. But pain relief is only part of the picture. If we don’t address • stress • mobility • load • movement patterns the cup slowly fills back up again. For some people, the above is enough & not everybody needs exercises however when pain keeps returning, or your body struggles with certain loads or movements, that’s when exercise becomes important. The exercises aren’t random, Ive chosen them because something needs improving. You have the time - it’s about prioritising and creating it.
