There were instances when we have to try on medications for the symptoms to be manageable. Being a nurse and a curious mom, I scavenged for more information about a more natural alternative ways that would have lesser chances of adverse reactions and side effects. With that said, a study of Dr. Terry Friedmann led me to begin our essential oil journey. This is not being against medications, as they could work hand in hand and possibly deliver better results together. A clear understanding that aromatherapy does not intend to cure, treat and prevent any medical condition, unless indicated and licensed to be so, should be kept in mind. Aromatherapy as part of a holistic practice has been helping us with our daily struggles, from sleep, focus, aches and pains, immunity and so much more. Considering these essential oils are so concentrated and powerful gifts from mother nature, getting to know more about clients through consultation is important as we do not only offer you blends that are effective but most importantly, safe. I have found composing, impromptu speech and public speaking quite challenging, but definitely/ hopefully , you'll hear my candid point of view, especially on the matters of safety and holistic health. And I am wholeheartedly thanking everyone who continuously supports our aromatic and humble adventure. What's great and to further assist you, I have been in an aromatherapy certification course which will deepen our knowledge on the use of essential oils. We create bespoke blends, products that will support wellness , and also conduct in person and online essential oil classes and workshops. We stand to teach local and think global.

Of course we've come up with our very own adult blend. Camphor and Eucalyptus blend is one of our faves! Special blend that's awesome for mild aches and pains, like neck shoulder discomforts, helfpful with nasal congestion just when colds about to start, and pick me up blend for when I just want to focus at work.

Our Story

Being a special needs mom comes with tons of challenging experiences, which tests our whole well being. Even though I’m a nurse by profession, our family was in search of a more natural way with less side/ adverse effects in helping alleviate symptoms of Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (combined type) and Autism. Aromatherapy came in and we were absorbed into how versatile pure essential oils and carrier oils are in helping our family’s physiological, psychological or spiritual state. It has been helping us well that we thought of sharing these ways of caring our health with you. We also consider a lot of things before creating blends such as safety, precautions, and contraindications that comes with using 100% pure essential oils. SAFETY FIRST. We would love to share blends that works best in the most safest way we know.

We offer ready to use aromatherapy products that are carefully handpicked for your health concerns. Pure essential oils that are tested for Gas Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). We would like to share valuable knowledge as well by offering Essential Oil Classes/101 and workshops.
