At Lady McAdden, we’re a small, dedicated team doing big things. We offer free breast awareness appointments, support to those navigating diagnosis, and through our newly opened McAdden Sanctuary, we offer wellbeing services for anyone affected by breast cancer.

But we can’t do it alone.

Here are some simple, meaningful ways you can support our work. Every gesture helps someone feel seen, supported and cared for:

1️⃣ Fundraise - your way. Host a coffee morning, run a raffle, climb a hill: your creativity raises both awareness and vital funds. We’ll cheer you on every step of the way!

2️⃣ Volunteer your time. Whether you can spare an hour a week or help at one-off events, your time is incredibly valuable. You’ll be part of a friendly, passionate team making real change.

3️⃣ Sign up for our newsletter and free text reminders. Stay connected with the latest updates, wellbeing tips, events, and ways to get involved - including alerts for upcoming raffles or campaigns. Just a few clicks makes sure you never miss a thing, including your self-check reminder.

4️⃣ Join us at events. From Ladies’ Lunches to Wellness Days and Christmas Markets, when you come along, you’re supporting local services and making memories with your community.

5️⃣ Donate raffle prizes. Do you own a small business or know someone who does? Donating gifts, vouchers or experiences helps us raise funds and celebrate our supporters too.

Whether you’re near our Leigh-on-Sea centre or cheering us on from afar, there’s a place for everyone in the Lady McAdden community 💜
