I’m an energy healer and spiritual mentor working with spiritual crisis and altered states to help you find your inner resources and self trust again.

I have lived experience of what is called psychosis by some and spiritual initiation by others.

I help you reframe your experiences as a heightened sensitivity and a gift, and teach you how to use them.

Hey I’m Jess

What we often call energy, voices, or intuition can also be understood as deep human attunement.

At its core, this is about:
• sensing internal and relational states
• emotional and nervous-system attunement
• pattern recognition in thought, tone, and presence

Different fields use different language — spiritual, psychological, relational — but they’re often pointing to the same human capacity.

None cancel each other out.
They can coexist.

If you’re looking for new ways to view your experiences or reframe psychosis as a meaningful experience, you’re welcome here.

This space is for practitioners, clinicians, educators, and helpers who want a broader lens on psychosis.

Reframing Psychosis explores:
• reflective practice
• clinical and relational attunement
• spiritual and meaning-based frameworks
• presence over pathology

It’s an invitation to sit with complexity, not reduce it.

Not all voices mean the same thing.

Some are shaped by trauma and overwhelm.
Some are interpreted through spiritual frameworks like intuition or clairaudience.

When trauma is gently addressed, intrusive or negative voices often soften — making space for clearer inner guidance and regulation.

This container is for those supporting someone they love through psychosis — partners, family members, friends, carers.

Supporting Psychosis offers:
• understanding without blame
• emotional and nervous-system attunement
• tools to support without losing yourself
• space for you as well

You don’t have to carry this alone. This space is here to support the supporter too.

Hearing voices network groups are a non-judgmental and non-pathologising space to talk about voices and unusual experiences.

Facilitated by me, Jess, a lived experience educator, someone who gets it from the inside.

There’s is no pressure to share, listening only and video off is also okay.

Join the movement.

Not broken.
Not a diagnosis to be fixed.
But a human experience asking to be understood.

Psychosis to Healer is about healing what sits underneath the experiences — and learning how to live in relationship with your sensitivity, insight, and gifts.

Starting in a couple of weeks 🤍
