✨🧡🍂Important announcment 🍂🧡✨

I will be having a Social Media break from Autumn Equinox to the Spring Equinox.

It is becoming a nice restful ritual for me, which is optimal for me to truly thrive and live a healthy vibrant life.

I am still working and offering all my services doing Health Consultations, Medical Astrology Readings, Tarot Readings, Canine Holistic Health Assessments and Health Coaching. I'm just not going to be available to contact via Facebook or Instagram, nor will I be posting, adding to your overwhelm of information you are bombarded with when interacting on these platforms.

I may be blogging and writing more over there too, and I may dive into some more CPD. I'll feel into it as I go 🧡✨

The social space is overwhelming and overstimulating for most of us. Particularly for Highly Sensitive People (HSP's) like me.

Our time and energy is sacred to us and we must be intentional with how we use and direct it.

It could be seen as a risky move in business, to not be seen in the social space, but the core of my business is true health & wellbeing. I fully practice and embody what I preech, so I can help you navigate from a place of knowing and actual experience.

We don't function the same each season, so adapting and shifting through the seasons in a way which is in service to our biology is as important as drinking clean water and breathing fresh air.

The social space and onslaught of data constantly vying for our attention, making our nervous systems work extremely hard, is not a place where we can thrive. Yes it can be healing, yes it can be good to express and have healthy debate, yes it has positives and god is in the algorithm, but...We all function slightly different, and for me, I get overwhelmed, my cortisol and blood sugar raises, and overall it just doesn't feel good selling myself and trying to prove my worth with every post.

So I hope to connect with you over on my website, and inspire you with some health and welbeing ponderings over in my blog.

We work on Circadian Rythm, Light and energy stores, emotional frequency so you can fully embody your wholeness and be the best version of yourself.

The tailored health plans I provide, cover all the foundations of health, as well as personalised guidence for you, meeting you where you are at and cultivating that vitality in a way which is personal to you.

My guidence comes from not only my training and studding of herbalism and the philosophy of hermetic health for the last 6 years, it also comes from my own journey with: complex PTSD, Disorderd Eating, Body Dismorphia, Pernicious Anemia, Ammenoreah and clinical Depression.

Having undersood many of the threads between the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual aspects of health, I have carved this path for myself, healing and recovering in ways which I never believed possible.
This really gave me the tools and practical know how to encororporate lasting change.

Full on Virgo energy going on here, over the new moon period! Making, organising and doing nourishing things 💓

Thursday was Hawthorn and blackberry picking, and making apple and blackberry crumble, and a Hawthorn Oxymel.

I saw a lovely friend on Saturday, which is always nourishing for the heart 🥰

Sunday I forraged some elderberries and made some autumnal cordial with cinnamon & cloves.

Lots of straining happening today, I have fully purple nails from straining last year's Elderberry syrup, and a double extract of solomans seal which I found at the back of the cupboard 😄

The most exciting thing was finding the right pen, that doesn't smudge, for my shiny labels 👌🤩

Updating the website with some new bits this week, and getting into a new Kundalini practice ☀️

I've been working on 2 health plans this week, and have extensively updated my recommendations list to include books, EZ water, Yogic Practices and other practitioners who I know and trust for things like Massage, Accupuncture, Reflexology, counselling and Ta***ic Arts. (if any of my old clients would like this updated version, please let me know)

He loves meeting new people, but he is very big, at 60kg. So if you arn't confident around dogs, or have allergies, then let me know 🙏💫

Ralph is calm and relaxed, and if he's just woken from a nap, then best leave him be for a few mins before fussing him 💓
He absolutely will sniff you and there isn't anything I can do about it, it is his way of greeting you and checking you out....he is a scent Hound after all.

Ralph is the reason I became an Herbalist... I trained as a Canine Herbalist first with the amazing Rachael at Animal Botanical 💚
After 2 years of herbal Shenanigans I knew this was absolutely the path for me!

So yes... This is Ralph, he lives here and he is the true founder and guardian of Sacred Health 💫
