Traveling for the holidays and worried about or bloating? 🎄🚗🧳⁠

Do any of these sound familiar?⁠
❌ Constantly worried about finding a bathroom wherever you go.⁠
❌ Painful after eating.⁠
❌ Endless doctor visits or spending money on ineffective .⁠

Here are some simple strategies to help you manage your symptoms and survive your travels:⁠

🍱 Don’t skip meals! Avoid eating huge portions at once by sticking to regular, balanced meals.⁠

🚽 Plan ahead: If you need a bathroom ASAP, map out stops before your trip for peace of mind.⁠

💦 Stay hydrated. Dehydration can worsen symptoms, so make water a priority!⁠

🏃🏻‍♀️ Move your body. Gentle daily exercise can support gut motility, but don’t overdo it!⁠

🥯 Limit trigger foods. Stick to foods you know are safe while traveling to reduce symptoms.⁠

😴 Prioritize sleep. Aim for 7–9 hours to help your body recover.⁠

💩 For constipation: OTC laxatives for a few days before traveling can help you feel better during your trip—it’s safe to use when needed!⁠

💊 Emergency meds: Keep Imodium on hand for peace of mind. It’s okay to use when necessary—this isn’t failure!⁠

😖 Manage : can be overwhelming, so practice deep breathing or mindfulness to stay calm.⁠

🍷 Limit alcohol. It’s a gut irritant, and cutting back can help reduce symptoms faster.⁠
