🎻 Milan C. (playing the cello) came went to Gerson Institute Europe from Slovakia in the summer of 2024. After his prostate cancer diagnosis, Milan and his family took time to explore options with care. Because the Gerson Therapy was part of his overall plan, Milan and his wife chose to come to neighboring Hungary to experience the clinic environment and learn the day-to-day foundations of the program.

🍞Our Gerson chef, Emőke at Gerson Institute Europe, together with our juicing expert Dóri, prepared a thoughtful dinner for participants in the recent Gerson Practitioner Training in Hungary.
This meal was prepared following the Gerson lifestyle approach (not the strict therapeutic protocol), which is why you’ll see cottage cheese included on the table.
Here in Hungary, we’re fortunate to have access to authentic Gerson-style bread from a local bakery: organic, whole-grain rye, yeast-free, salt-free, and baked with great care.
In the video, Emőke shares the ingredients behind this traditional bread and the Hungarian cottage cheese cream she prepared for the group. Her attention to detail, knowledge, and respect for tradition are always evident.
