Are you curious about what sort of touch needs you may have? Here are some questions you can ask yourself to see if you are getting your touch needs met:

-Do I feel lonely on a regular basis? (several times a week)
-How often do I think to myself "I just wish I had someone to hug"?
-When I do get hugs, do they feel grounding and satisfying or am I always wishing there were more?
-How does my body react when I get hugs or touch? (What does my nervous system do? What does it feel like after?)

Take a look at your personal answers. Do you feel like you need to work on getting your needs met more often?
