As we wrap up another year, we want to take a moment to say thank you to everyone who has been part of our journey in 2025.

It’s been a year of highs and lows — the ups, the downs, the good, the bad, and yes… even the ugly. Through it all, we’ve learned, grown, supported one another, and come out stronger together. For that, we are truly grateful. 🙏

Wishing each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas filled with love, laughter, and special moments with those who matter most 🎅🎄

With the year drawing to a close, we were delighted to host a highly enjoyable Outwest Care client and carer Christmas party, which saw a fantastic turnout.

Although Santa was unable to attend, the Grinch kindly stepped in and handed out presents to all.

The event was a huge success, featuring excellent food provided by Richmond Club, presents, cake, and a magician performing impressive tricks.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all attendees; the love and support we receive from our clients, carers, and parents is invaluable. Your support is crucial to our mission of bringing happiness and joy to people's lives. Thank you again, and Merry Christmas from the Outwest Care team ❤️💙❤️💙

🌿 Clean Up Australia Day Event – Get Involved! 🌿
📅 Wednesday, 17th December

We’re hosting a Clean Up Australia Day community event and we’d love for you to join us! This is a great opportunity to come together, take pride in our local area, and make a positive impact on the environment.

Whether you can spare half an hour or a few hours, your help will make a difference. We’ll be cleaning up litter, promoting sustainability, and encouraging local pride. All ages are welcome, and no experience is needed!

🧤 What to bring:

Hat and sunscreen
Gloves (if you have them – we’ll have some spares)
Water bottle
Closed shoes

A positive “let’s do it!” attitude

📍 Location: 3 New Street, Windsor
🕒 Time: 1100-1400

We’re so excited to launch our very first camp designed for siblings aged 9–14 who have a brother or sister with additional needs.

The program is run by trained SibWorks facilitators, therapists and CCC Camps staff, creating a safe and supportive environment for fun, friendship and connection.

Disability Support Worker.
Remuneration: $35-45 per hour. (Plus loadings. We pay as per the SCHADS award).

SIL/ Respite/ Day Programs.

What You'll Be Doing:
• Face to face Support.
• Working in our Respite/ SIL and Day Program sites.
• Provide a high level of support, including personal care where required.
• Progress notes and general documentation.
• You'll combine problem-solving with empathy and understanding to deliver tailored solutions.
• You will be a crucial part of our operation, providing support to our amazing participants.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven experience in providing support to persons with a disability.
• Certificate III or IV in Disability Support or equivalent.
• WWC check.
• NDIS check.
• First aid certificate.
• NSW Drivers License
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Professional and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to adapt, work in a team environment, proactive approach and a genuine want to help.

This full-time role is based at our Windsor office, with working hours from 9:00am to 5:30pm.

What You'll Be Doing:
As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play a key role in helping the business achieve better overall operational outcomes. You'll combine problem-solving with empathy and understanding to deliver tailored solutions. You will be a crucial part of our operations, providing administrative and clerical support to all departments of the business.

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably (not a requirement).
