For over 10 years he has been working in the fitness industry as a Personal Trainer to many of Sydney's elite from TV celebrities to corporate high fliers to stay at home mums, therefore he understands the level of privacy and discretion needed for such a role. I've recently noticed an increase in "Smart Working" related musculoskeletal problems (neck, back, shoulders) due to poor posture from bad sitting positions as a result of not having adequate office style space or furniture.

Quando puoi fare un massaggio prima di una gara?

Un massaggio pre-evento può essere eseguito in qualsiasi momento da due giorni fino a immediatamente prima di un evento sportivo. Proprio prima dell'evento è il momento più comune per questo tipo di massaggio.
Di solito, questi massaggi hanno una lunghezza inferiore, circa 10 o 15 minuti e vengono eseguiti su un lettino da massaggio o un tappetino.
Se l'atleta sta per fare un riscaldamento e fare un massaggio, il massaggio deve essere eseguito prima.
