Bee Pollen and taking them for itchy eyes and runny nose due to a sensitivity to pollens:
It's not necessary to take a Bee Pollen Supplement all year round, but some people do if they have a sensitivity to pollen as different pollens are present at different times of the year, not just in the summer. So if you start with sneezing and itchy eyes in the spring, say April, you start to take Bee Pollen a few weeks before, however, if it’s the first time you have taken a Bee Pollen Supplement start with 1/4 then 1/2 a tablet and build up daily to a minimum of two. When the itching starts you will find your own level of what works best for you. Some find it has to be 1 every 4 hours ( it contains water soluble vitamins so needs to be topped up throughout the day ) some 2-3-4, which can vary from week to week, so following the pollen count on the news may help you to know what is best for any individual. This may seem like broad advice but the way that the pollen works, for an individual , may not be exactly what it says on the pot hence the variance from above.

My family, friends, colleagues and indeed my clients, all know what I do .... I play golf, see clients and run my Forever Living Health and Nutritional Business. Well, since lock down there has been no golf, my health and acupuncture clinic has remained closed and I have a very tidy garden and a nice clean car, but one thing that hasn’t changed is my Forever Living business. This isn’t an advert, just a fact of life. I continue to ensure all my clients who use Aloe Vera products, get them. This part of my business has very much remained open. While, hopefully soon, lock down restrictions may be eased, the next big whammy is very much looming .... “Recession”, sorry but it really is a fact.
