Nikki Jay Fitness I have always had a love for exercise. After having my son I gained 30 extra pounds in less than three months. It was at that point I became my first project.

Once I started back working out I rekindled the love I had for exercise and wanted to share my love with others. I became a motivational speaker and certified personal trainer based in the DFW area and eventually I started Fit Mom Boot camp and boot camps at women shelters. I quickly realized how many women in my area needed my help. My whole outlook on being hired as a personal trainer is to teach you all the things you need to know during our sessions together so that when our time is up, you can continue on your own at home. I also work closely with a nutritionist to create a meal plan specific to each client’s needs. I believe showing my clients the right way to exercise and eat will ensure they maintain a healthy lifestyle outside of our time together. The inexplicable feeling I get from helping someone achieve their fitness goal is the reason why my brand Nikki Jay Fitness has gone so far. Nikki Jay fitness represents living a healthy, happy lifestyle with the grace of God.
