I’m understanding that as I go on the journey as a certified holistic health coach, I continue to gain more and more clarity.
As a former athlete who supports current athletes and the community via health education, one of the most underrated aspects of flourishing as a healthy individual is providing yourself with nourishing nutrients and people forget that WATER 💦 is a nutrient.
