Lisa offers one-hour Reiki sessions and one-hour IET®(Integrated Energy Therapy® sessions for $110 per hour at Salt of the Earth in Chestnut Ridge and in Nanuet, NY. The deep effects of the work fueled her desire to gain more knowledge of energy as a mode of healing, and she soon began her own intuitive practice. As her passion and dedication to helping others grew, she was guided to formalize her work and Lisa became a Reiki practitioner in January of 2013 and a Reiki Master/Teacher in May of 2014. Reiki is the Japanese word for universal energy. Reiki is a gentle non-invasive, hands-on method of energy transfer. Reiki reduces stress, helps manage physical discomfort and enhances and normalizes function in all systems, restoring balance and harmony and promoting the relaxation response. Lisa wanted to expand on her healing abilities and became an Integrated Energy Therapy practitioner in August 2016.
