The honeymoon phase, that joyful euphoric time at the beginning of a relationship (when we don't see each other so clearly), lasts between two months to two years.

It doesn't have to end. The connection will of course transform and deepen, or weaken, over time. But keeping the spark alive depends on maintenance, tending the fire, putting in the effort to engage in the intimacy of the relationship. And nourishing the polarity between the masculine and feminine in you and your partner.

We talk about the symptoms of changes in libido, the importance of authentic communication and I give tips on adapting to new dimensions of pleasure and connection without pressure or expectations.

The Attraction Intimacy & Love workshop in Graz, Austria was so beautiful. What a wonderful group of people who jumped in and explored love and presence.

The men were very moved to connect to their masculine essence in the company of open hearted and embodied feminine essence.

Understanding masculine and feminine differences is so helpful in s*xuality. As this article mentions, she likes variety and being seen and heard emotionally. For him, variety is not so important, but her pleasure and openness to him is.
Having fun and excitement in your relationship in general is a good place to start. ❤

Research shows women losing interest in s*x before their male partners is less about not wanting it at all, and more about being bored of the s*x on offer.
