Teaching Pilates is something I take seriously. I have dedicated years and lots of time and money to learn this practice and what I consider to be a discipline. I am a student more than a teacher. There is so much learning to do! So much apparatus, so many different exercises and so many important cues. Joseph Pilates in my opinion was brilliant and it is my goal to learn Pilates as he would have wanted it to be taught. With presiscion, control, centering and concentration. I take this seriously because I want my students to experience the magic that comes along with practicing in this way. I will continue to put in the work both with my teaching and with my learning. I am grateful for this practice and for those who have been a part of my journey. Here’s to my 100 hours of practice, teaching, and observing💫🌟🙏🏻💪🏻❤️

In the winter my bbq is covered in snow… so what to do with my chicken cutlets?🤔. Today i marinated and stir fried with all of my veggies I had in the refrigerator. I’ll serve with rice and it will give me and my family dinner and a couple of lunches for the next few days… delicious and packed with protein and vegetables (fiber)… hope this inspires you to make a healthy and delicious dinner! Don’t skip your workouts. Short on time and have a workout scheduled in for today. Try a full body HIIT workout. It’s full body fast and you will get your heart rate up and tire out those muscles. Not ready for the heavy weights not a problem. Do body weight and work your way up to lighter weights when appropriate. Any questions don’t hesitate to message me. Have fun. Get moving!
