𝗚𝗿𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗮𝘁𝘁𝘆 𝗺𝗲𝗮𝘁 ➡️ 𝗺𝘆 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗵𝘂𝗴 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲.
Yes, I said it.
Sometimes, it’s not about hunger.
It’s about soothing. Comforting. Grounding.
Today I made my favourite meat grilled just right;
Not because I was starving…
But because I wanted to feel safe....too much happening!
✅ Paired it with healthy fats (avocado)
✅ Added vibrant raw crunch (carrot + bell pepper)
But honestly … the meat was the main event.
My body was calling for calm and this felt like the answer.
Question:
When life is heavy, and emotions feel raw…
What food do you reach for?
That go-to love affair on a plate?
