The secret to building a well balanced back and perfect posture while minimizing pain and strengthening longevity for the rest of your life is to make sure you’re doing rows from three directions- above your head, in front of you, and from the ground.
I’m demonstrating on cables because it’s my personal preference, however, you can use dumbbells, machines, barbells, or a combination of all of them for your three types of rows.

Crunched for time? I was today, so here’s a fun little workout I did since I knew I would not have time for my full workout. Try it and let me know how you feel!

5 sets of 5 reps of an RDL to DB Bench Press Superset, 90lb dumbbells (pick your appropriate weight) with 1 min break between each superset. I am WIPED and did the whole thing in 10 minutes!

Absolutely no supplements or anything can make up for lack of good habits and foundations. If you’re eating nutritious food, working out regularly, and sleeping well, that trumps absolutely everything. Once you have that in check, these are the foundational supplements that’ll take you to the next level. Almost everything else is just paying for expensive bs.

(Obviously there are goal and need based exceptions, but I stand by this as a general rule)
