There are two kinds of people...

Those who hear a headline, feel the emotion/"fear" it creates, and share it without asking questions.

And those who pause, get curious, look deeper, and take the time to understand the full picture before repeating it.

In a world where information travels fast, discernment matters more than ever.

HEAR THIS ➡️ Detection is not the same as danger. Hazard is not the same as risk. And context is everything!!

Before we label foods as “toxic” or create fear around everyday choices, it’s worth asking: What does the actual evidence say? At what dose does harm occur? And who benefits from this message spreading?

Being informed isn’t about ignoring concerns. It’s about understanding them fully so we don’t unintentionally spread confusion or fear.

Let’s be people who seek clarity, not just clicks - especially when it comes to our health! 💯
