πΈ KUNDALINI MINI πΈ
These are stand alone kundalini movements you can do separately or together for 1 minute each. Think about balance not speed π
1. Gran the Apple- sit in an easy pose with a straight spine. Inhale raise one arm to the sky with spread fingers as if grabbing air, exhale grab air and bring the arm back down, alternate with a invigorating breath (1min)
2. Miracle Bends- stand feet hip width, inhale stretch up and back with the arms, exhale arms stay by the ears bend down to the floor or as far as you can. Repeat (1min)
3. Spinal twist- sit in easy pose (or chair) hands hold the shoulders with the fingers pointing forward. Inhale twist to the left, bring your head with you, exhale twist to the right. (1min)
Sit in stillness with a long deep breath after each pose for a few silent moments πποΈ
