Highlights of my story:


✅ Joined Dr Pooja Vohra inspired by my sister's incredible transformation.
✅ Foot injury in 2015 led to weight gain.
✅ Shifting to Mumbai worsened my eating habits.
✅ Weight increased to 72 kg from 52 kg due to poor food choices.
✅ Started eating home-cooked meals during the Covid pandemic, weight reduced to 68 kg.
✅ Enrolled with Dr Pooja Vohra.
✅ Initially lost 3-4 inches from the waist and 1-2 inches from the chest and hips.
✅ Managed thyroid and PCOS; periods became regular.
